Senior workers had no visibility into their enrollment status, leading to confusion and high call volumes. Manual benefit determination also resulted in unnecessary rework.

A secure digital application was built specifically for senior worker enrollment. Reporting capabilities were enhanced with modern interfaces and visualizations.
A user-friendly portal with step-by-step enrollment and automated notifications was created. Automated business rules were implemented for coverage recommendations.
